A portal is an energetic gateway

When you become involved in any form of energy work you will hear many people talking about portals.  A portal is an energetic gateway between two or more dimensions.

A portal has two doors. Each door can be either an entrance and an exit. Both doors need to be open for anything to be able to journey through the portal from one side to another. If a portal is open at one end but not at another you cannot travel through the portal completely.

A Portal’s Energy Signature

Once you learn what a portal’s signature is you become more able to recognise a portal’s signature in all sorts of different places and within a range of objects. You are more likely to be able to recognise portals within the types of objects or places you are already drawn to. For example, if you are especially drawn to natural stones and crystals you will be more likely to recognise portals in natural stones and crystals. If you are especially drawn to open spaces then you will be more likely to recognise portals in open spaces. I think this is because you have an affinity with these objects or places and when there is an energy wobble you can pick it up.

Tell tale signs of Portals

Portals are usually invisible, they are relatively stable, but they are particularly elusive to find unless you are sensitive to the energy signatures they create. Sometimes you might see a wavering veil of energy, sometimes an area may seems brighter or the colours seem more intense in some way. Sometimes there is a temperature change. Sometimes you just get a sneaky suspicion that quickly turns into that sense of knowing that there is a portal around.

The energy signatures become fairly obvious once you have grasped a sense of the signature itself – but it’s a chicken and egg scenario, you have to sense it to recognise it but to recognise it you have to sense it.  Clearly then, once you have a sense of the energy signatures associated with Portals it becomes increasingly easy for you to recognise them!

Where can you find Portals?

Portals can be sited in open spaces. They may be in natural or man made objects.

With the potential of portals in so many places how can you start to learn more about them? I determine the likely location of portals by what creates a stable location for them to be established.

The first location is likely to be where natural energies from different directions flow into one another. The natural energies criss cross and collide at these intersections, these junctions cause a disturbance in the matrix of energy flow.

The second location is likely to be in natural or man made objects. These objects must be able to absorb energy, must be able to be a stable vessel to hold onto energy and the object must have some form of distortion that is able to develop within it – either naturally and organically or that has been created within it deliberately.

Examples of Portals

Here are some examples I know of Portals. You may be surprised by some of the things in this list:

People can be portals

The Planet Earth is a portal

The Bermuda Triangle is a portal

There is a portal within the central of the five horseshoe shaped trilithon stones in the inner circle of the prehistoric henge monument called Stonehenge, in Wiltshire, England.

There is a portal in the centre of the road in the High street of Glastonbury in Somerset, UK.

Foundations under houses that are built in alignment to natural energy flows can become portals

Still water is a perfect space for a portal to be manifested.

Transparent crystals which are shaped into curves (cabouchons)

Portals can be hidden in everyday objects like books or watches, brooches, necklaces, mirrors (flat or curved), photographs.

Are Portals something to fear?

Portals are nothing to fear provided you respect their function and you are sensible about how you interact with them. If you suspect there is a portal nearby, be sure not to open it up unless you are sure once opened it won’t drain energy out from the space you are in, and only if you are sure that the portal doesn’t harbour an entity that might wish to enter through into this dimension.

A haven for entities to move into and through

As a portal can still be used even if only one of the doorways is or has been open, it can become a secret haven for opportunist entities. These entities will tuck themselves away and wait, ready to enter into the closed off dimension as soon as the gateway opens up somehow.

Are Portals easy to clear?

Clearing a portal that harbours an entity is a technique that you learn or you can find a rescue worker that can help you flush the portal effectively. Find someone that understands Portals so you can be sure that they know what they are doing.

Are Portals easy to close?

Closing portals is an art and it’s not easy to do unless you really understand how energy works. My advice is don’t let anything through if you aren’t able to send it back again. Don’t open a gateway unless you are sure you can close it down properly again afterwards. If you think you have an open portal find a rescue worker that can help you close it down effectively. Find someone that understands Portals so you can be sure that they know what they are doing.

Can you accidentally open a portal?

Many people inadvertently open portals and don’t realise it until they start to feel the effects.  Even if nothing comes through the portal it can feel like all the energy is draining away when a portal is left ajar.

Are there any other ways to register Portals beyond using extended senses?

If you are unable to ‘sense’ a portal is there you can still use divination tools to dowse spaces and objects too. What about using a pendulum to take a reading off them? – you may be able to see a change in the pendulum when portals are present if you ask it to show you.
