“People are tormented by real spirits, real entities, real ghosts & real ghouls. It’s why I never celebrate Halloween.”
On Halloween, the 31st of October every year, it’s time to celebrate the eve of All Saints day, in other words the day before All Hallows’ Day.
It is on the eve of All Hallows Day that the veil that forms the boundary between the world of the living and the worlds of the dead is supposed to be at it’s weakest. This veil is a doorway. Those of the spirit world that have a desire to come close to us approach that veil. Some don’t just draw close to the veil though, they actually cross through the veil, using it as a doorway into our world, the world of the living.
When you work a lot with Spirit you soon learn that once an energy connection is made there is a direct line between you and them that they can exploit.
I never celebrate Halloween. It’s the activities at Halloween that I object to like the dressing up in ghoulish costumes – witches, wizards, ghosts, ghouls, skeletons and zombies….creating haunted places, telling scary stories, all the pranks and the shouting of ‘boo!’ that create fear and anticipation. I’m also obviously not keen on the Kids that come around ‘demanding’ sweets ‘or else’ on my doorstep. I can’t celebrate Halloween, not even carving Pumpkins will tempt me!
My daughter, ironically, says that Halloween is her favourite holiday of the year and so I’m sure it was really tough for her growing up with someone like me in the house who was having none of this annual celebration!
What is the reason for my refusal to celebrate Halloween? I can’t join in because I spend a lot of my time helping people that are being tormented in some way shape or form by real spirits, real entities, real ghosts and real ghouls. In my life Halloween happens every day because a Spirit has managed to pass through an open doorway between worlds. It happens for real. And, it happens for real to people that I know too.
The strength of any veil between the worlds of the living and the dead is an illusion, the veil is never that strong in the first place. For many people these veils don’t exist at all once an energetic connection has been made.
Real spirits, real entities, real ghosts and real ghouls can and do cross these veils. All they need is an opportunity. Once they have crossed the veil these Spiritual travellers won’t be placated with a simple bag of sweets though. When they show up they often create strife, strike terror…and then harvest the fearful energy that is created. These ghouls are not inclined to back off.
What can you do if you are tormented by a Ghoul like this? You either find a person with the skills to send these malevolent Spirits back to where they came from or you find someone who can show you how you can do it for yourself, putting you back in control of your energy boundaries.
The joy of Halloween is lost on me
You can see why the joy of Halloween is lost on me! I devote my days trying to keep these ghoulish creatures contained on their side of that invisible line so they can’t have an opportunity to attach to us. There is no joy for me in a celebration of anything macabre, and nothing to celebrate about a Ghoulish soul being able to cross through a doorway that I am trying so hard to keep closed. I spend hours of my time sending ‘Them’ back where they came from, so the thought of celebrating them crossing the line in the first place… it makes me shiver!
I help people who have problems with all types of entities, ghosts and spirits. These entities, ghosts and spirits can be in buildings, on land or they can be attached to someone…attacking them, ‘haunting them’, day and night. There are people who are experiencing this night of the dead every day of the year.
It’s not a good idea to encourage Spirits to approach us
I’m not a kill joy and I don’t want Halloween cancelled of course…that’s not my intention! I am purely trying to raise awareness that in celebrating these particular Spirits of the dead in the way we do we can be opening ourselves up to experiences that we don’t want to experience. We open a door that we might not mean to open.
I prefer to celebrate something different over the feast of All Hallows Eve
Although I choose not to celebrate Halloween in the way other people do, that doesn’t mean I can’t embrace traditional festivities of a different type at this time of year. I celebrate the Celtic festival of Samhain (pronounced Sow-In – as in Cow). I am not a Wiccan or a Pagan however I do love to embrace Samhain in my own way. Between October 31st and November 2nd I have 3 days of ceremony. Would you like to join in? You can find out more about how I celebrate Samhain by following this link. I hope you’ll join in with me!
